Product Handling At Delivery
When you receive your delivery, please refrigerate the dough you expect to use over the next few days and freeze the remainder to extend the life of the product. It will still perform very well after 3 months in the freezer.
Product Handling Before Preparation
Please take refrigerated dough out of the refrigerator between 1- 2 hours before use, leaving it right in the bag. The warmer the dough becomes, the easier it is to spread the dough.
Dough placed in freezer can moved to the refrigerator to thaw to use over the next few days. You may also remove from the freezer in the morning, before you go to work, place on the counter, avoiding direct sunlight, and it will be in excellent spreading condition when you return home later that evening (heat and humidity will expedite this process).
Once dough is at room temperature, you can stretch, top with your favorite ingredients and bake or grill.
