Ingredients
- 2 packages Birrittellas Traditional Dough
- 8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella
- 8 oz. Cubed Ham
- 1 cup Spinach, Chopped
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Cut dough into 8 sections.
- Roll each section into circles. Use flour if needed.
- Cut 2” inch slits on both sides of your circle about a 1/4” inch away from sides.
- Spoon about a tbsp of each ham, cheese, and spinach into center.
- Pull one side over to the opposite side, allowing slit to open over filling. Do the same with the other side. Repeat with the rest.
- Seal by pinching sides together and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Crack your egg into a bowl and whisk.
- Brush over each roll.
- Dust with garlic powder.
- Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
