Shipping Policy.

Because our products are perishable, we ship orders strictly in line with our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Information

  • We deliver to all locations within the United States.
  • Shipping costs are included in the total price of our products.
    • If your delivery address is in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, or Washington, please reach out to us directly to place your order, as these areas may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Please note that we do not ship to PO Box addresses, and we cannot be held liable if you choose to ship to a PO Box.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders are shipped out weekly on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to arrive later in the same week. We do not schedule shipments for weekends.
  • Generally, packages are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving an order, unless impacted by other conditions stated within this policy.

Shipping Delays

In case of adverse weather conditions like heavy snow, hurricanes, storms, road closures, or public holidays that could affect the shipment or delivery of your order, we reserve the right to hold your order and ship it at the next suitable opportunity, at our discretion.

Receiving Your Package

  • No signature is required upon delivery; your package will be left without one.
  • Given the perishable nature of our products, we highly advise being present to receive your goods.
  • Avoid direct contact with any remaining dry ice in your package using bare hands or skin.
  • Upon arrival, ensure that your products are chilled (cold to the touch).
  • Immediately place all products into your refrigerator or freezer.

  • If you receive any dough products that are not chilled or have thawed completely, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will either refund your order or reship it to you.

Additionally, if your shipment arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or encounters any other issue, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Limitations of Liability

  • We are not liable for transit delays due to high package volume, weather conditions, mechanical errors, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism, safety controls, or local carrier mis-scans.
  • We are not liable for inaccuracies or incompleteness in shipping information provided by customers.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all order details, especially billing and shipping addresses. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure timely receipt of packages and immediate refrigeration or freezing of all products upon arrival.

  • We will make every effort to assist you, whether it involves modifications, refunds, or holding your order until you are prepared.
  • Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make changes to it.
