Ingredients

1 package Birrittellas Traditional Dough (Torn into 1'' Dough Ball Pieces)
4 tbsp Butter (Melted)
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Parsley Flakes
Freshly Grated Pecorino (Optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Spray your muffin pan with non stick spray.
In a large bowl, add your dough balls.
Season your melted butter with garlic powder and parsley flakes.
Add to your dough balls along with your shredded mozzarella.
Mix well to combine.
Add 2-3 pieces into your muffin tins.
Bake for 15-20 mins.
The cheese should be brown and caramelized.
Grate some fresh pecorino over top. Serve warm with dinner or enjoy as an appetizer with marinara sauce.
