Ingredients
- 1 package Birrittellas Traditional Dough (Torn into 1'' Dough Ball Pieces)
- 4 tbsp Butter (Melted)
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
- Freshly Grated Pecorino (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- Spray your muffin pan with non stick spray.
- In a large bowl, add your dough balls.
- Season your melted butter with garlic powder and parsley flakes.
- Add to your dough balls along with your shredded mozzarella.
- Mix well to combine.
- Add 2-3 pieces into your muffin tins.
- Bake for 15-20 mins.
- The cheese should be brown and caramelized.
- Grate some fresh pecorino over top. Serve warm with dinner or enjoy as an appetizer with marinara sauce.
