  • Muffin / Cupcake Pan

  • 1 package Birrittellas Traditional Dough (Torn into 1'' Dough Ball Pieces)
  • 4 tbsp Butter (Melted)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • Freshly Grated Pecorino (Optional)


  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
  • Spray your muffin pan with non stick spray.
  • In a large bowl, add your dough balls.
  • Season your melted butter with garlic powder and parsley flakes.
  • Add to your dough balls along with your shredded mozzarella.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • Add 2-3 pieces into your muffin tins.
  • Bake for 15-20 mins.
  • The cheese should be brown and caramelized.
  • Grate some fresh pecorino over top. Serve warm with dinner or enjoy as an appetizer with marinara sauce.
