Ham, Mozzarella & Spinach Rolls

- 2 packages Birrittellas Traditional Dough
- 8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella
- 8 oz. Cubed Ham
- 1 cup Spinach, Chopped
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut dough into 8 sections.
Roll each section into circles. Use flour if needed.
Cut 2” inch slits on both sides of your circle about a 1/4” inch away from sides.
Spoon about a tbsp of each ham, cheese, and spinach into center.
Pull one side over to the opposite side, allowing slit to open over filling. Do the same with the other side. Repeat with the rest.
Seal by pinching sides together and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Crack your egg into a bowl and whisk.
Brush over each roll.
Dust with garlic powder.
Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
