Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Birrittellas Traditional Pizza Dough
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil, Divided
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion, Sauteed
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan, Divided
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp White Miso Paste
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
  • Salt & Pepper to Season
  • Fresh Chives to Garnish
  • Chili Oil to Serve (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  • In your baking pan, drizzle with your olive oil.
  • Place your dough right into the pan and begin to stretch to fit.
  • Mix together melted butter, miso paste, garlic powder & honey.
  • Then, using your fingers, dimple around the dough, pressing gently to create texture and bubbles.
  • Spread all over with miso butter. Top with parmesan cheese and sautéed onions.
  • Bake on a lower rack in your oven for 25-30 mins (or until your bread is golden brown on top).
  • Remove and top with chives and chili oil if you desire. Enjoy!

Important Dough Guidelines

  1. Keep in the fridge for up to 50 days.
    ** Speed up proofing by placing the vacuum-sealed dough in a bowl of hot water. Let it sit for 20 minutes or until the center reaches room temperature. **
