Ingredients
- 1 package Birrittellas Traditional Pizza Dough
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil, Divided
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, Sauteed
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan, Divided
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp White Miso Paste
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- Salt & Pepper to Season
- Fresh Chives to Garnish
- Chili Oil to Serve (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- In your baking pan, drizzle with your olive oil.
- Place your dough right into the pan and begin to stretch to fit.
- Mix together melted butter, miso paste, garlic powder & honey.
- Then, using your fingers, dimple around the dough, pressing gently to create texture and bubbles.
- Spread all over with miso butter. Top with parmesan cheese and sautéed onions.
- Bake on a lower rack in your oven for 25-30 mins (or until your bread is golden brown on top).
- Remove and top with chives and chili oil if you desire. Enjoy!
