Ingredients
- 2 packages Traditional Birrittellas Dough
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
- 8 oz Pepperoni Slices
- 2 cups Pizza Sauce Add more to serve
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter (Divided)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter the inside of a bundt pan with 2 tbsp of your butter.
- Add a layer of cheese, sauce and scatter pepperoni around the bottom of the pan.
- Rip pieces from your first dough and form 1 & 1/2” balls. Layer the bottom of the pan.
- Repeat with your mozzarella, sauce, pepperoni, and second dough.
- Melt your remaining butter and mix in your garlic powder.
- Pour on top and down sides. Drizzle with remaining sauce, cheese and pepperoni.
- Bake for an hour.
- Remove and let cool for 5 mins.
- Using oven mitts, invert onto a plate. Serve with additional pizza sauce. Enjoy by ripping pieces of dough and dipping in your sauce.
