Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
Roll out your dough into a 12”-14” log (use flour to help roll).
Cut into 5-6 pieces.
Roll out each piece into long strips. Let rest for 2 mins, then go back and stretch until about double the size.
Make a “U” shape then cross the two ends. Press the ends down into the dough creating your pretzel. Repeat with each and set aside.
Mix together your warm water and baking soda.
Using a mesh strainer, drop 1 pretzel at a time in the water and let it seep for 10-20 seconds.
Place each pretzel onto your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush each with your melted butter.
Mix together your seasoning ingredients.
Sprinkle seasoning onto each pretzel (leave some for when they’re done).
Bake for 12-15 mins. Then broil on high for an additional 2 mins.
Sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
