When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address, and the items you buy. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
When you contact us, fill out our customer survey or join our newsletter: the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
Automatically: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, which helps us keep the site secure and stop spam. With your permission, we also collect analytics information about how visitors find and use our site, including which sources lead to online orders.
We use your information to process and ship your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, answer your questions, send you our newsletter if you ask for it, improve our products and website, and protect the site against fraud and spam.
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need: Stripe (card payments), our shipping software and carriers (to deliver your order), our website host, our email delivery service, Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on our forms) and Elementor (our website accessibility and cookie consent tools).
