When will my order ship?
Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to arrive later the same week, usually within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. We do not ship on weekends, and severe weather or holidays may delay a shipment.
What should I do when my package arrives?
Put the dough in the refrigerator or freezer right away and make sure it is cold to the touch. The box may contain dry ice, so do not touch any remaining ice with bare hands. No signature is required for delivery.
How long does the dough last?
Birrittella’s dough stays fresh for up to 78 days in the refrigerator and up to 240 days in the freezer.
What if my dough arrives warm or damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will refund or reship your order. That is our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
